It does get very hot in the tent. Make sure you are really well-hydrated when you start this. There is a hole for your head and two for arms which is nice. If you want the whole heat experience, sit on the floor and put a hand towel over the hole. The control panel is like a TV remote. You can set heat levels by number and time by preset minutes. The controller is easy to figure out. You will gradually notice your skin is clearing up so that is good.
